This is the only reformed church that I know in Seoul. As far as I know, they don’t have worship service in English, but my brother is a member there and he might be able to translate the sermons for you. (If you need his contact info, send me a personal message using the contact form.) This church is a congregation of the Independent Reformed Church of Korea. You can read the introduction of this denomination in the minutes of 2009 ICRC, pp.24-29.
