			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>&#8220;인격적 관계&#8221;라는 말이 도대체 무슨 뜻인가요? 핵심은 결국 하나님께서는 살아 계신 인격신(人格神)이심을 알고 그 분을 인격적으로 대한다는 것이겠지요.</p>
<p>그렇다면 귀신들도 하나님을 인격신으로 알고 두려워 앞에서 떤 다는 점에서 마귀도 하나님과 인격적 관계를 맺고 있다고 말할 수 있습니다. (야고보서 2:19; 욥기 1장; 마가복음 5:6,7)</p>
<p>&#8216;하나님과 인격적 관계를 맺는다&#8217;는 말이 기독교 계에서 한참 유행하던 때가 있었습니다. 그러나 더 중요한 것은 언약의 관계입니다. 이 언약의 관계는 당연히 인격적 관계 위에 있습니다. 그러나 &#8216;인격적 관계&#8217;라는 말로는 도저히 다 표현할 수 없는 풍성한 은혜와 사랑이 거기 있음은 두 말할 나위가 없겠지요. 언약 파괴자인 우리를 대신하여 그리스도께서 그 은혜의 언약을 보증해 주셨습니다.</p>
<p>조금 다른 이야기이지만, &#8216;인격적 관계&#8217;라는 말과 관련하여 다음 글을 읽은 기억이 납니다.</p>
<blockquote><p>오직 그리스도 안에서 재창조함을 받아 성신을 의지하여 새사람으로 사는 사람만이 하나님께서 인정하시는 선하고 의로운 일을 행할 수 있는 것이다. 그러므로 선한 일을 하려면 첫째 하나님과 인생으로서 정당한 관계를 수립하고 있는가 하는 것이 항상 중요한 일이고, 또 그런 사람으로서 하나님이 지금 이 세대에서 무엇을 하고 계시는가? 곧 하나님의 경륜에 대한 인식이 있어서 거기에 발맞추어 뜻을 같이 하는 일이 있어야 할 것이다. 하나님과 정당한 관계라는 것은 <strong>개인적인 차원에서 성경 묵상하고 기도를 열심히 하며 경건의 생활을 힘써서 도덕적 완성을 힘쓰면 된다고 생각하면 그것은 잘못이다. 하나님께서 인생과 정당한 관계를 맺기 위하여서 세우신 제도를 바로 깨달아야 하는 것이다.</strong> &#8212;  정병길, &#8220;가정에 대하여&#8221; </p></blockquote>

<p>In my child days, I remember seeing people bringing rice to church for offering. This is not so common where I am now; probably the most common material we see brought for offering would be money.</p>
<p>Money is closely linked to our daily life; it represents potential for various things. In that sense the nature of the monetary form, which is common for offering in our day and age, is closest to the Grain Offering (Leviticus 2). Grains are used daily and it produces energy for our life, so it represents potential for various works. Another thing to notice in this regard is that, unlike the Burnt Offering, there is no laying of hand for the Grain Offering. Laying of hand represents the imputation of our sin to Christ. So we see that the focus of Grain Offering is comparatively more on our <strong>daily life</strong>.</p>
<p>We know that any offering bears the <a href="http://pneumatikos.wordpress.com/2008/10/07/worship-and-offering/">confession</a> that everything that is given to us&#8212;our life, our existence, anything&#8212;ought to be offered to God for His service. The Grain Offering represents, in particular, that <strong>we offer our daily life</strong>, our breath, energy, all the resources and every potential that is given to us, for God&#8217;s service. This should indeed be our confession as we bring anything to God.</p>
<p>Now we notice that God commanded to pour oil, put frankincense on the Grain Offering and burn it with the salt of covenant.</p>
<h3>Oil</h3>
<p>There is no doubt that the oil represents the Holy Spirit (Luke 4:18). This is consistent with the New Testament teaching that <strong>nothing can be accepted to God unless it is the work of the Holy Spirit </strong>(Galatians 5:16,17; 1 Corinthians 15:50). In particular, a proper offering should be the representative of our entire existence and bear the confession that we offer ourselves in Christ, and such proper confession can only be made as we rely wholly on the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:17).</p>
<h3>Incense</h3>
<p>The incense represents our prayer (Psalm 141:2; Revelation 5:8). Psalm 50:14 urges us to &#8220;offer to God a sacrifice of thanksgiving, and perform your vows to the Most High.&#8221; Indeed, as we offer ourselves to God we <strong>give thanks</strong> that God accepts us in Christ, and we <strong>vow our eternal service to Him</strong>.</p>
<h3>Salt</h3>
<p>God said the salt represents the eternal covenant between Him and us. Just like the salt brings flavor to food, <strong>the covenant of our God is what makes everything meaningful</strong>. This covenant&#8212;that the Lord will be our God and we will be His people forever&#8212;was established, sealed and secured by our Lord Jesus Christ. Our offering is way below the standards of the Kingdom of God and is unacceptable to Him; but <strong>in Jesus, covered by His work, God accepts us and our offering</strong>. If not in the name of Christ, no offering will be accepted by God. As people who offered themselves to God in Christ, our daily life should represent Christ and His Kingship.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>기적으로 사람을 믿게 할 수 있다면, 예수님이 지상에서 활동하셨을 때 이스라엘 민중은 다 예수님을 믿었을 것입니다.</p>
<p>그러나 주님은 죽은 사람이 다시 살아나서 증거한다 해도 믿음이 생기는 것이 아님을 가르치셨습니다:</p>
<blockquote><p>아브라함이 이르되, &#8220;그들에게 모세와 선지자들이 있으니 그들에게 들을지니라.&#8221; [부자가] 이르되, &#8220;그렇지 아니하니이다 아버지 아브라함이여! 만일 죽은 자에게서 그들에게 가는 자가 있으면 회개하리이다!&#8221; [아브라함이] 이르되 &#8220;모세와 선지자들에게 듣지 아니하면 비록 죽은 자 가운데서 살아나는 자가 있을지라도 권함을 받지 아니하리라.&#8221; (누가복음 16장 29-31절)</p></blockquote>
<p>물론 여기서 &#8220;모세와 선지자&#8221;라 함은 &#8220;토라와 느비임&#8221; 곧 성경을 의미합니다. </p>
<p><span id="more-293"></span></p>
<p>그렇습니다, 믿음은 하나님의 말씀에서 비롯됩니다:</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;그러므로 믿음은 들음에서 나며 들음은 그리스도의 말씀으로 말미암았느니라&#8221; (로마서 10:17)</p></blockquote>
<p>결코 기적과 신비한 현상이 믿음을 주지 못합니다. 주님이 승천하시던 그 때에도 두 눈으로 보면서도 주님의 부활을 의심하는 자가 있었다고 기록되어 있습니다:</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;예수를 뵈옵고 경배하나 아직도 의심하는 사람들이 있더라&#8221; (마태복음 28:17)</p></blockquote>
<p>기적과 치유 등을 강조하는 사람들에게서 하나님의 말씀에 대한 왜곡을 쉽게 발견하는 것은 그러므로 이상한 일이 아닙니다.</p>
